With this plugable "FANTASY" build-in board, old Atari VCS 2600 consoles from 1977 can now also enjoy the new "FANTASY" possibilities. Midi via USB, Internet via Ethernet, 2x SID and 1x FM sound chips, internal menu and ROM loader, individual audio outputs, WS2812 RGB connection for impressive lighting effects.
The board automatically recognizes whether a cartridge is inserted and starts it, and if not, the internal menu with the ROM Loader appears.
In addition to the "normal" functions, there will be a lot of new software in relation to USB and Internet that will make full use of these things. So it will be interesting to see what other interesting things this inconspicuous "FANTASY" board will bring to life.
