Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
The delivery of the goods is worldwide.
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of € 6.50 per order.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:
EU countries 12,50€
Non EU countries 24,50€
Delivery of digital content:
There are no shipping charges for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 120 hours of the conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if prepayment has been agreed).
Delivery times
As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the product takes place in the inland (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, with foreign deliveries within 7 - 14 days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
