The special thing about this cartridge is that it can also be used to load TAPE files via the datasette port, and that no SMD components are used! Everything is therefore very easy to solder.
Apart from that, the cartridge offers the usual functions, so that various C64 files can currently be started via the SDCard and the cartridge menu: PRG, P00, T64, D64 (program selection), TAP, SID, KLA, KOA and CRT (8K, 16K, Ultimax, Ocean 32/64/128/256/512K, Magic Desk 64K PRG->CRT , Super Zaxxon, EPYX FastLoad). A 50k PRG is loaded into the memory in approx. 2 seconds.
The menu is attractively colored and equipped with numerous attractive icons. All files are displayed alphabetically and sorted into folders.
When the C64 is powered on again, the last file used is automatically loaded without having to go back to the menu (optional). The software is constantly being expanded and improved.
In addition to the usual ICs, a Teensy 4.1 is required.
