The ODV converter can convert S-VIDEO/FBAS/audio signals to HDMI. Discovered by me on a sales platform in 2020, and still completely unknown, this converter enables latency-free conversion of an S-video signal to HDMI. It supports 50 Hz (PAL) and 60 Hz (NTSC) smoothly. 

 

I have been recommending this converter since 2020, and it has increasingly established itself in the retro scene as an affordable alternative to the OSSC converter.
