The dream of a C64 in handheld form comes true! (now with IPS Display, viewing angle more stable from all sides). This has about the size of a Gameboy and is the world s first handheld in this size that uses the original C64 chips.
Note: Please specify when ordering whether DPAD or Analog Pad is desired for the Front panel (optional message field).
The optional product "Board color" (see on the left) can be used to order a different front board color if the front board should not to be black.

Optional: A battery charger and discharge protection must be selected and installed by the user.
The uHeld64 is delivered ready soldered, as well as already equipped with standard ICs (also already 8701 and 64K RAM are included), but without the Commodore specific ICs (CPU, VIC-II, CIA, PLA, SID, ROMs). The board only has to be equipped with the usual Commodore specific ICs.
You need a 12V/2A power supply (round plug with 2,1mm inner diameter), which is not included.
Note: All necessary old original Commdore ICs have already been developed several times as replica ICs (PLA, SID, CIA, VIC-II, CPU) and are partly already available on the market. Therefore, original Commodore ICs may no longer be absolutely necessary.
