Anyone who was already a fan of the SYSTest64 cartridge will love this Commodore 64 diagnostic cartridge as well. This new "C64 Analyzer Cartridge" offers even more possibilities, without requiring a C64 monitor image. It also features an SD card mode to load various files into the C64 (CRT, SID, PRG, P00, T64, D64, ...). Additionally, many C64 cartridges are supported (e.g., 8K, 16K, Fastload, Super Zaxxon, Magic Desk 64K, ...).
Regarding C64 repairs, the C64 Analyzer Cartridge not only simplifies fixing "black screen" defects without requiring specialized electronics, but it also makes it highly convenient to test a C64 while on the go.
Signal or frequency measurements, which usually require an oscilloscope, are now largely a thing of the past because all important signals and frequencies are precisely measured and displayed directly on the OLED display. Short circuits and pull-up resistors are also rudimentarily checked.
Additionally, the PHI2 Delay time in relation to PHI0 is displayed in nanoseconds.
The entire memory test, as well as ROM chip tests, are now also possible without a C64 monitor.
In addition, the C64 startup sequence after a reset can be compared with an original byte sequence. This can be used to test whether the start/reset process is working properly or whether there are any problems.
The module can also be connected via USB to a computer with a local HTML website that can display further information in a Chrome browser:

In addition to these basic functions, work is underway on further features and tests that will be implemented in new firmware versions.
The board is delivered fully soldered.
